Spring Salad

Ingredients
Salsa:4 med. tomatoes diced1/2 diced onion1 chopped garlic clove2 diced jalapeno peppersthe juice of 2 limes1/4 c. of cilantro1 tsp sea saltMix ingredients and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve the salad.Salad Ingredients:2 chopped chicken breasts (grilled)1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped1 head romaine lettuce, chopped12 sliced strawberries1/2 c dried cranberries1 chopped apple1 c chopped carrots1/2 c sunflower seeds1 c feta cheese1/2 cup light vinaigrette salad dressing
Directions
Toss all salad ingredients together and top with salsa.

Makes 10 entree sized servings.
