Lentil Walnut Patties

Ingredients
4 cups of cooked Lentils1 cup of crushed walnuts2 eggs beaten1tsp of Oregano2 tsp of Cumin2 tsp of Mustardabout 12 cloves of Garlic1 1/2 cups of onion 1 1/2 cup of Flax Meal3/4 cup of Milk2 TBSP of Olive OilSalt & Pepper
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Form patties and cook on frying pan until lightly browned.

Serve or store in refrigerator for one night and then freeze cooled patties in freezer for individual use.
