Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (mashed)1 egg1 tsp. vanilla3/4 cup Splenda1 1/2 cup flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin pan with Pam or use foil baking cups (the paper ones don't peel off the muffins well.) Spoon batter into muffin pan. Bake for 11-14 min. Muffins are done when lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 10 medium sized muffins.
