Ingredients
# Beef, round steak, 8 oz cut into bitesized pieces# Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (remove)# *Birds Eye Pepper Stir-Fry, 1.5 cup (remove)# Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, .25 cup (remove)# Sesame Oil, .13 cup (remove)# Garlic, 1 clove (remove)# *Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)# Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)# Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)# Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)# *Brown Rice, medium grain, 4 cups cooked
Directions
Brown beef in large skillet with cooking spray, stir in garlic, nutmeg, cinnamon, onion powder, sesame oil and pepper as you're browning. Add 1/4 cup soy sauce and the frozen veggies, cover and simmer 5 minutes or until veggies are cooked through. Serve with a cup of brown rice.

    I did this without the meat, I had a packet of beef seasoning from a hamburger helper entree and added 2 tbsp. of the seasoning and added 2 cups of water with the frozen veggies (i used broccoli, califlower, carrot blend), and added a pinch of sugar, it was amazing. Better than take out thank you! - 5/30/10

    this is very tasty i added fresh broccoli and red green and yellow peppers and 2 onions, sub soy for tamari sauce less salt more taste, then i made wraps with half of the mix - 2/26/10
