Caesar salad

Ingredients
1/3 cup Olive oil1T Lemon juice1/2 tsp Coleman's dry mustard1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp Worcestershire sauce4 cloves garlic, minced or grated1 egg, raw1 large head (or 2 hearts) Romaine lettuce, chopped or torn into bite-sized piecesParmesan cheese, finely shredded, to tastePepper, to tasteCroutons (optional)Mix oil, lemon juice, dry mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic & egg. Add dressing to romaine; toss well to coat the lettuce evenly. Add Parmesan cheese, as well as pepper and croutons, if desired, and re-toss.
