brown sugar glazed salmon

Ingredients
4 (4 oz) salmon fillets1/4 cup packed splenda brown sugar blend2 Tbls. dijon mustardsalt & pepper
Directions
Preheat broiler. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Place fillets on pan. Salt & pepper lightly.

Mix brown sugar & dijon mustard. Spoon on fillets and spread.

Broil 10-15 min.

The brown sugar blend bubbled, so just took that off & looked & tasted just like the regular recipe.

    Very good! Really went well with the flavor of the salmon.... used regular brown sugar and it was delicious... I cooked the salmon in the microwave for a minute first though - 6/10/09
