Lemon Butter Haddock

Ingredients
3 oz Haddock fillet1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp old bay1/2 tsp garlic salt1 tbsp blue bonnet light margarine 1/4 c water2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to BROIL.

Place fish in pan and pour enough water into pan to come up half way to chicken (usually about 1/4 cup but can vary with container being used).

Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice to water.

Sprinkle half of the (1/4 tsp) salt, pepper, garlic salt, and old bay on one side of the fish. Place 1/2 tbps of margarine on top of fish.

Place pan in oven on BROIL for 5 min.

After 5 min, take fish out and flip and repeat seasoning step above with same measurements and put back in oven for another 5 min.

After final 5 min, take fish out and enjoy!
