Raydon's Pork Adobo

Ingredients
1 to 1.5 lbs Pork Tenderloin6 cloves of crushed Garlic3/4 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup Low Sodium Aloha Shoyu6 bay leaves slightly crumbled1 tbsp black pepper corns
Directions
Boil pork on medium-high for about 1/2 hour, mixing in garlic after 20 minutes.
Decrease stove temperature to medium
Add viengar and shoyu
Add bay leaves and pepper corns
Continue to boil on medium heat for 15 minutes
Simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes
