    THESE MUFFINS WERE INCREDIBLE! I made only half a batch and used four packets of splenda, plus the yogurt was vanilla yogurt that was sweetened. I also subbed almond extract for vanilla. SOOOOOOOOO fluffy and delicious! - 6/24/11

    I used raw sugar and this recipe turned out great. I baked them at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes. I will try this recipe again. - 6/28/09
