2- 4oz. salmon fillets2 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1/8 cup Maple Syrup
1. Mix soy sauce, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and maple syrup together.
2. Place salmon fillets in a ziplock bag, and pour marinade in. Make sure fillets are coated well.
3. Refrigerate and marinate for 1-2 hours.
4. Remove salmon from the marinade and place either in a foil pouch or in a grilling basket.
5 Grill over medium heat 3-4 minutes. Flip over and continue grilling another 3-4 minutes, or until fish flakes apart with a fork.
