Chicken Salad

Rotisserie Chicken, light meat, pulled apart (makes approximately 4 cups)Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 12 tbsp or 3/4 cup
1. Pull apart rotisserie chicken in bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise to chicken, blend.
3. Chop craisins (this is too make it seem like you have more) and add to chicken mix and blend.
4. Serve by itself or as a sandwich.
Makes approximately 8 servings - 1/2 cup per serving.
