Ingredients
Red pepper 1/2 cupMushrooms 80grCelery 20grFennel 150grBrussel Sprouts 200grGarlic 2 ClovesCarrots baby 100grBroccoli 100grCauliflower 200grEgg Whites 1/2 cupRomano Chees 50gr (optional)
Directions
In a small frying pan heat 1 Tlbs Olive Oil and caramilise the - Red pepper , Mushrooms,
Fennel and Garlic.
In a glass dish slice rest of Ingredients and microwave for 6-8 minutes or until well cooked. Mix the Ingredients together and let them cool down. Add the egg whites and Romano Cheese and mix well. Heat up a frying pan that has been sprayed with olive oil and put the mixture and slowly cook until brown, flip over and cook for another 3 minutes on low heat. Enjoy - this serves four and very nice with some Salmon.
