Dee's Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
1 15-oz can salmon1 large egg100 grams (3.5 oz) uncooked oatmeal1 Tablespoon canola oil for frying
Directions
Combine all ingredients. (Optional: Add black pepper, onion powder to taste.) Grease non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon canola oil. Form 3" pancakes; recipe makes 8.
Fry until golden brown, turn over and fry until golden brown.

Makes 8 croquettes.
