Sweet Potato Chips - Baked

Ingredients

1 lb Yams, Sweet Potatoes2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp sugat
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Skin the yams.
Lay the yams down so that they are not touching each other. It is suggested to use parchment paper, although I do not.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon together to make a seasoning.
Lightly sprinkle the seasoning over the chips.
Bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes. Flip the chips and cook an additional 35-40 minutes. Chips are done when they begin to curl up around the edges.
