Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour1/2 tsp Baking powder1/8 tsp baking sodadash of sea salt1 egg separated1/2 cup butter milk1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp almond extract1/2 tsp stevia 1 tbls butter
Directions
In a glass bowl beat egg whites till stiff peaks form

In a separate bowl Mix all dry ingredients

In a separate bowl whisk yolk and wet ingredients

Add dry ingredients to wet they fold in egg white.

Coat a skillet with butter and cook just below medium heat
