Ingredients
Cod, chunkedLeeks, cut into slicesMushroom sauce - eg Campbells soupParmesan cheese...shreddedSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Serving of 2 persons.
Put chopped leeks into casserole dish then add chunked cod pieces. Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour over mushroom sauce then bake at 325C for 20 mins. For last 5 mins, take off lid and sprinkle cheese, then broil until cheese has melted. Take out and serve. Eat on its own or with garlic bread.
