VELVEETA Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat medium-size pasta, uncooked 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 1 can (5 oz.) tuna in water, drained, flaked 1/2 cup fat free milk 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
HEAT oven to 350ºF.

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding vegetables to the boiling water the last minute. Drain; return to pan.

STIR in VELVEETA, tuna and milk. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole; Sprinkle shredded cheese on top; cover.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until heated through. Stir before serving.

    I had to get Velveeta through mail order as it doesn't exist here in the uk, but ma glad I did. Yum yum, this was good. Other half wolfed his down and said "you can make this again!!" High praise indeed! Thanks for sharing - 10/30/09
