Kim's Crustless Spinach Pie

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 3 largeSpinach, canned, (1 can)Garlic, 2 tsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (canned or fresh)Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cupSwiss Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
Directions
Drain canned spinach very well. Leaving too much water will make your pie watery! Mix spinach, eggs, garlic, onions, mushrooms, cottage cheese and swiss cheese in a mixing bowl. Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until eggs are thoroughly cooked.
