Ingredients
19 oz. Ground Turkey4 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce1/2 c. Fiber One Bran Cereal, crushed into bread crumbs1/2 c. Egg Beaters
Directions
Mix up all the burger ingredients and grill as you would a regular burger.
Serve with grilled pineapple rings and a dash of terriyaki sauce if desired.

    Made these tonight with slight variation. High fiber isn't well tolerated in our house, so we used bread crumbs instead. Then, we had more ground turkey than this, so we split and had one with worchestershire sauce instead of teryaki. Both burgers were yummy. We got about 8 burgers of each kind. - 7/8/09
