Dinner Salad

Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce (or other dark greens)Vine ripened tomatoEnglish cucumber (or regular cuke)Sugar Peas in Pod (Costco or other brand)
Directions
Side Salad for 4 people
Get a medium sized bowl. Thoroughly rinse lettuce leaves and place bite size pieces into bowl. Slice cucumbers lengthwise into fourths. Cut each fourth into triangle slices. Add to bowl. Core tomato and slice into fourths and slice triangle pieces and add to bowl. Snip off ends of peas, slice into 1/2 inch pieces and add to salad. Toss and serve.
