Pat's Easy Breakfast Casserole Muffins

Ingredients
5 whole Eggs4 oz. Milk1/2 C. shredded Mexican Cheese blend4 T. chopped Green Bell Pepper1/2 C. chopped OnionSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onions and peppers in non-stick pan till softened. Set aside. Whisk 5 eggs, milk and dry seasonings in bowl. Fold in shredded cheease, onions and peppers. Pour mixture into a 12 cup non-stick muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
