WHEY PROTEIN 3 TBLS, 1 serving*1/2 avocado, 1 serving VITAMIN C PACKET, 1 serving skim milk, 0.5 cup FROZEN FRUIT -ALDI'S, 1 cupWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
add all ingredients to the blender. hit liquefy. I use liquefy so it will be more liquid like than smoothie like.
