Swiss Chard with "Facon" and Poached Egg

1 bunch of Swiss Chard - chopped stems and leaves seperate1 Tbsp. olive oil4 cloves garlic - chopped6 stripes of Morning Star Veggie Bacon Strips (I call it Facon)1 cup of vegetable broth2 eggs2 slice of Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame Sprouted Grain Bread
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the garlic.
2. Cook the garlic until soft than add chopped Facon and cook it until it becomes a lil darker and start to have a great smoky (not burnt!) smell.
3. Add the chopped chard stems and when it softened add the leaves. Stir them and let them wilt a little.
4. Pour broth in the bottom pan and lower the temperature to low and let the chard simmer about 5 minutes.
5. In the mean time poach the eggs.
6. Serve the chard with the egg on the top and a toast.
