Super Fast and Easy Yam Fries

Ingredients
One large yam1 tsp olive oilGenerous sprinkle of course saltGenerous sprinkle of oregano (or your choice of spices)
Directions
Cut potato into wedges or fries. Put in a bowl. Add 1 tsp olive oil. Grind salt and sprinkle oregano overtop. Toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.

Bake at 450 F for 8 minutes, then turn and bake another 6-8 minutes.

Makes 23 fries, about 4 servings.
