Cheesy Pasta Skillet

1 lb. ground turkey1 cup of fresh mushrooms1/4 cup of flour1/2 cup onion, diced4 cups wheat pasta, cooked1/4 cup ketchup2 oz. of shredded chedder cheese4 oz. of part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup water6 shakes of green tabasco saucesalt and pepper, to taste
1) cook pasta as directed on the box
2) In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium high heat. When completely cooked remove from pan.
3) Brown the onion and the mushrooms int the skillet. Remove when complete.
4) Place the water and the flour in the skillet and stiring continuously cook until thickened.
5) Stir in the cheeses and the green tabasco sauce, ketchup and salt and pepper to taste.
6) Stir in the pasta, meat and browned vegetables. Stir until coated.
1 serving = 6 oz approx.
