1 4 oz. can chicken of the sea in water2 egg whites2 T flaxseed meal1 T. raw onion1 tea. lemon juice1/2 tea. garlic powder1/4 tea. black pepper1/4 tea. salt sub.1 tea. canola oil
Whisk up the egg whites.
If you make them into soft peaks and make "dollar" pancakes they are good this way too. It works more for when it seems more runny.
Add seasonings and flaxseed meal. Then fish. Form into patties then sauté.
