PREHEAT 400 OVEN
BOIL SHELLS - ADD A LITTLE OLIVE OIL TO KEEP FROM STICKING
SPRAY SPRAY PAN FOR BAKING
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO LARGE BAKING PAN
COOK FOR 15 MINUTES - LAST 5 MINUTES PULL OUT AND TOP WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE

    I think it's more like 1 1/2 cup - I just divide it up to 10 pieces to be honest with you ;) Hope you enjoy!

    I had trouble finding frozen celery so I didn't add it. I also added some peas instead. I think it is actually better the second night reheated - 10/7/10
