12 oz. corned beef (canned or cooked and shredded)1 cup Swiss cheese, finely shredded14 oz. sauerkraut, well drained1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped3/4 cup whipped cream cheese1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing1/2 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground (or to taste)8 oz. Bremner Caraway Wafers
Remove as much fat from corned beef as possible. Thoroughly mix all ingredients (except crackers) with fork and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garhish with parsley. Best served at room temperature with Bremner Caraway Wafers.
