Simple Salmon Cakes - Chicken of the Sea

Ingredients
1 6 oz. pouch Chicken of the Sea Skinless and Boneless Pink Salmon1/4 cup chopped Green Onion1/4 cup mayonmaise1 TBSP lemon juice1/2 tsp garlic powderDash of red cayenne pepper1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper1 medium egg beaten1 cup seasoned bread crumbs3 TBSP butter1/4 tsp seasoned salt
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl Add 1/3 cup of the bread crumbs. Form into 6 balls. Roll salmon balls in remaining bread crumbs, flatten into cakes. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
