Cheater's Pizza

Ingredients
1-8" low fat soft tortilla 1/2 Chicken breast, baked and cut up into bite-sized pieces. (this can be pre made and frozen until use)2 Tbsp pizza sauce2 lg fresh mushrooms, sliced1 green onion, chopped2 Tbsp sliced black olives1/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzerella cheese1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese1 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese1/2 tsp pizza seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 425

1. Chop chicken and prepare veggies as described in ingredient list.
2. Spread pizza sauce on tortilla to edge
3. Layer on chicken and veggies.
4. Spread mozzerella, cheddar and parmesan cheese over top.
5. Shake pizza seasoning over pizza.

Bake in oven for 15 minutes and slice into 4 pieces.

Makes 1 serving if hungry or 2 servings if just feeling a little snacky!
