Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
1 Red Pepper1 Green Bell Pepper1 Medium Zucchini1 Large Onion1 Tbsp. Olive OilItalian Seasonings to taste
Directions
Cut all vegetables into desired-size chunks. Add to a ziploc bag. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add Italian Seasonings to taste. Close bag securely and coat all veggies well. Place veggies in a grill pan and onto a grill over medium heat. Stirring frequently, grill until desired tenderness. 2 servings
