YUMM! I used brown rice. Q: is the nutrition info with chicken and rice or the chicken only? but I think the broccoli served as the rest of the calories (besides the chicken) instead of the yellow rice if it was included (if that makes sense!) LOVE!! I recommend bc it is easy to make yet so tasty! - 10/13/20
