Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground beef8 cups shredded lettuce1 cup chopped tomato1 Haas Avocado, chopped8 Tbsp Salsa4 Tbsp reduced fat sour cream1 Tbsp Chili powder (or to taste)1/2 Tbsp Cumin (or to taste)1/4 cup water1 cup chopped onion1 oz Baked Tostitos, crushed and divided among 4 bowls1/2 cup Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray. Brown meat and onions.

Mix seasonings and 1/4 cup water in a bowl. Add to the browned meat. Continue cooking until meat is done.

Put 2 cups of lettuce in each bowl (4 bowls total). Top with the meat mixture. Top with tomato, cheese, avocado, Tostitos, salsa and sour cream.
