Light & Easy Pasta/Veggie Dressing

Ingredients
2 garlic cloves finely chopped1.5 TB lemon juice2 tsp extra virgin olive oil2 TB white wine1/8 to 1/4 chicken or veggie broth
Directions
Microwave mixture 1 minute and pour on pasta/veggie mix. Serve immediately. I always layer the pasta then veggies and pour the mixture on then salt it (I feel it brings out the flavor).
