Cheddar Cheese Pie

Ingredients
Frozen 9" pie crust3 eggs, beaten1 med onion, chopped2 TBSP butter1 c heavy cream2 c cheddar cheese, shreddedsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Saute onion in butter until golden. Spread onion on pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients, then pour over onion on pie crust. Bake for 30 minutes.
