Ingredients
3 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast -- about 24 ozShake N Bake CoatingBudding HamProvolone CheeseGarlic PowderSmart Balance Butter Spread
Directions
Wash chicken thoroughly
Slice each chicken breast to make a pocket of about 3 to 4 inches
Evenly divide the entire package of budding ham and 2 slices of provolone cheese to fit into the 3 pockets
Stuff the chicken with the ham and cheese
Sprinkle garlic powder in the pocket
Add ~ 1 tablespoon in total of smart balance butter spread into the 3 pockets
Close the pocket with string or tooth picks
Coat each breast with Shake n Bake
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked
