Real Homemade Tostadas

Ingredients
Prepare the following in large amounts. Actual measurements for the serving size for 2 tostadas is below. 1 pound ground beef1 tbsp black pepper1 tbsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves diced fresh)Chopped fresh cabbageChopped red tomatoesChopped fresh cilantroChopped fresh onionLime wedgesMexican Table Cream (not the same as sour cream)Refried black beans (we use Ducal)Green Tomatilla sauce (we make our own)Tostada Shells (the hard flat taco shells)
Directions
Fry ground beef with garlic and black pepper until done.
Heat the refried beans (microwave works fine).

To BUILD each Tostada shell (2 shells serving size):
1/2 tbsp refried beans spread on each
1/2 tbsp ground meat sprinkled on each
1/8 cup chopped cabbage on each
Sprinkle tomato, onion, cilantro on each
1/2 tbsp green sauce on each
1/2 tbsp table cream on each
