Ingredients6 oz. Yoplait fat free yogurt .25 cup strawberries.25 cup blueberries1/2 of large banana1 tsp. flax seed
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender or blending cup of Magic Bullet or other personal blending system. Once all items are in the magic bullet, fill with water. Blend until smooth, approximately 30 seconds.
