Hamburger Gravy with vegetables

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef2 tsp Beef Bouillon1/2 cup corn starch4 cups water1/2 package Mixed Vegetables
Directions
Brown ground beef in fry pan
Add water, bouillon, corn starch (mixed with enough water to make a liquid)
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Add frozen vegetables.
Cook until vegetables are to your liking.

Serve over your choice of potatoes.

Makes 8 - 2 cup servings.

Kids really like this. Great to get them to eat their veggies.

Leftovers great served over french fries for kids.
