Molasses Ginger Cookies

Ingredients
1 c ww pastry flour1.25 c white flour1 teas baking soda1/4 teas salt2.5 teas ginger powder1/2 teas cinnamon1/2 teas nutmeg1/2 c applesauce1 teas canola oil1/4 c molasses (blackstrap)1/4 c soy milk1 c sugar1 teas vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. In a separate larger bowl, mix wet ingredients and sugar. Add dry to wet and mix thoroughly.

Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes.
