Kev's Cheese and Onion Muffins (Ultra Healthy version)

Dry Parmesan Cheese, 1 tbspLight Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 25g, about 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Self-Raising Flour, 1/4 cup Red Onion (1smallish - about 1.5" diameter)Milk, 2%, 1/4 cup Bran, unprocessed, 80gBaking Soda, 1/2 tspBaking powder, 1/2 tsp
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Mix together dry ingredients (flour, soda, powder, Parmesan, bran)
Roughly chop onion and whizz in blender with milk.
Mix the two parts together
Fold through the Cheddar cheese
Divide into 6 muffin cups
Bake for 15 minutes
