Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese1/4 cup softened butter1-2 tablespoons sour creamsprinkle of basil, pepper, garlic4 Tilapia fillets
Directions
1. Combine cheese, butter, sour cream, and herbs.
2. Put oven on broil. Place fish on broiler pan or foil covered cookie sheet.
3. Place fish in oven for 2 minutes.
4. Flip fish over and put back in oven for another 2 minutes.
5. In the meanwhile, combine all ingredients in a bowl.
6. Pull fish out and coat top with mixture. Put back in oven for 2 minutes.

*Makes 4 servings.
