1 c skim milk1 T lite Cool-Whip2 T dry sugar free pudding mix (any flavor)1 t vanilla or any flavoring to match above
Directions
mix ingredients together in blender with 6 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Can use any pudding mix flavor and any extract. Makes one serving
