Low Fat Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
2 Eggs 1 c Buttermilk2 T. Enova Oil1 tsp Vanilla15 packets Truvia Sweetener3 T Granulated Sugar2 tsp Baking Powder1 c All Purpose Flour6 T. Dry Cocoa Powder1/4 c Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
In a large bowl, combine Eggs, Buttermilk, Enova oil, & vanilla. Add Truvia & sugar & mix again.
Add Baking Powder, flour, cocoa powder & mix again.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350 for 18 minutes. Remove from tins & cool on a rack.
Makes 16 muffins. 1 muffin = 1 serving
