Baked Hake Loaf

Ingredients
400 g poached hake fillets, flaked250 ml / 1 cup bread crumbs2 eggs beaten125 ml / half cup milksqueeze lemon juice15 ml / 1 tbls chopped onion15 ml / 1 tbls chopped parsley15 ml / 1 tbls melted margarinesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingrediants together.
Pack into well-buttered loaf tin, cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
turn out on a flat plate and serve with a crisp green salad and Tartar sauce.

    Very tasty. Only variation was that I used 2 tbls chopped onions. Other then that it is very easy to do and definitely recommended. - 8/14/11
