Zesty Lemon Tuna Cakes

Ingredients
2 pouches StarKist Zesty Lemon Pepper Tuna1/2 cup Mayonnaise1/2 cup Bread crumbs2 of each Red and green bell pepper finely chopped1/2 an onion chopped2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard2 Tbsp. Olive oil
Directions
In a small bowl, mix tuna with veggies, bread crumbs, mayo and mustard. Shape mixture into 6 equal size patties. In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook and brown tuna cakes in hot oil, 3-4 minutes per side or until hot and golden brown.
