Ingredients: 3 cup cherry tomatoesSunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled Cucumber (with peel), 2.5 cup slices Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup *Chick Peas, 2 cup Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Carrots, cooked, 3 cup (baby carrots)Cauliflower, cooked, 2 cup (1" pieces)
makes im not sure how many servings, i never mesure portions with this salad!!
this salad is great. make sure to blanch your carrots and cauliflower and cool them before adding them to this salad. chop everything up into bite size peices, ie: cucumbers in 1 inch squares, cherry tomatoes in half) mix together with some vinegerete and enjoy!!!
