Whole Wheat Pizza w/ Turkey Pepperoni & Veggies

whole wheat pizza doughboboli sauceLF shredded mozarellaturkey pepperoniveggiesCLARIFICATION FOR INGREDIENTS:1.5 TB yeast3 TB sugarpizza sauce = 1 pouch/pizzaturkey pepperoni (1 serving = 17 slices, used approx 25 slices/pizza)
mix yeast (1.5TB) & water (lukewarm), let sit 10 min to grow
add remaining ingredients & knead together
( Iuse the dough hook in kitchenaid & throw a towel over the bowl to let it rise)
let rise 30 min
roll out onto 2 cookie sheets (I use a rolling pin on the counter, then transfer to a greased cookie sheet & mold it with my hands a little)
pierce all over w/ fork & bake @ 425 for 5 min
top pizza w/ sauce, cheese & toppings & bake additional 15min, until cheese is melted
