Tuna & Veggie Wrap

Ingredients
1 can tuna fish in water, drained1 tablespoon light mayo1 tablespoon pickle relish1/2 cup of fresh spinach1/4 cup onion, sliced thin (green onion maybe used as well)1/4 cup , cucumber, unpeeled, and cut into small pieces1/4 cup green bell pepper cut into small strips2 whole wheat tortillas ( I used Tortilla Factory, Low Carb High Fiber tortillas)
Directions
Mix tuna fish, pickle relish and mayo in a medium sized bowl. (add your favorite seasonings) Spoon 1/2 of the tuna mixture and 1/2 of the veggies into each tortilla and roll. Goes great with Pirates Booty (not calculated in nutrition info) and a piece of fruit!
