Black Beans and Bulger

Ingredients
4 small Onions, diced. 2 c. Bulger Wheat, cooked1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed.1 can Diced Tomatoes, with Green Chiles, do NOT drain1 can Yellow Corn, drained2 TB Olive Oil2 cloves Garlic, crushedFF Sour cream, salsa, hot sauce and cheese to taste (these are NOT included in nutritional information listed.)
Directions
Makes 10 - 1 c. servings.

Cook bulger wheat according to package instructions.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add onions until tender, I cook them until they are VERY soft, almost caramelized.

Add the black beans, corn, tomatoes, and crushed Garlic. to the skillet. Heat until warm.

Serve either on top of bulger or mix it together.

I use salsa and sometimes FF sour cream, and hot sauce to taste on mine.
